• Every sample at Charak is collected by our own trained staff — never outsourced to a walk-in agency.
• We follow standard hygiene protocols: a fresh, sealed needle for every patient, and no sharing of equipment between patients.
• If you've booked a home collection, the same trained team visits you — it isn't a different, less-supervised service.
